Problems with Air-conditioning

I've had this happen twice now, where the air conditioning doesn't work. After leaving the car for 5-10 minutes, it worked again. The last time, yesterday, I restarted the information twice and reset the air conditioning by holding the auto button down for a long time. I also turned off and on again the AC and the climate control, but unfortunately none of this helped. However, after leaving the car for 10 minutes, it worked again without any problems and the air was really cold. Is this a known software problem, or should I make an appointment with the service department?

I have a 22 LRDm with the Plus package.

I'm on Version 5.0.10

Verbrauch polestar 2

Da hier alle gerade ihren Verbrauch teilen. Hier mein heutiger Verbrauch auf den weg zur Arbeit nur Landstraße und Autobahn wovon 8km ohne Begrenzung sind und ich dort 210 gefahren bin.

Wenn es wärmer ist bin ich so bei 21-23kw auf 100.
