Let me preface this by saying I do believe it was Carol on the phone in chapter 4, but there is no evidence that that's also the knight. Again, I'm not trying to disprove CarolKnight, but that the Knight isn't who we talk to on the phone. We never hear the Knight's voice, so we can't match the sounds together, and the phone character saying they'll just proves the phone character is the Knight. They talk about the next dark fountain, which turns out to be the church, but Carol could have made that on her way to the Holiday house, as it's right next to the town hall, and the Knight being in that dark world doesn't prove anything. While some people might say it would look different if it weren't made by the Knight, we see in chapter 3 that Kris's dark worlds have the same coloration as the Knight's, so that can't be used either. I would like to hear the community's thoughts on this, however.

Pardon me if this or a similar question has been ask before, but is Basque part of its own language family? I've seen some people call it a "Vasconic" language, but then not give it any relatives.
