Joining the Weber community after years with a Kamado Joe. My wife left me out of nowhere and I’m starting completely over, including having to sell the Kamado.

So here’s to figuring out a Weber! Went with the Weber Kettle Premium in black. Had a great first cook today! Smoked some burgers indirect with pecan then moved them direct to finish.

Recently moved into an apartment after my wife blindsided me and filed for divorce. I’m discovering that the silence when I don’t have my kids is either torturous character development or the start of a mental breakdown. Jury’s still out.
