I LOVE sharing videos of Golden Retrievers! I am not an influencer nor have I ever really officially got in the social game.
I was innocently sharing a video because a pack of Goldens were eating watermelon. I won't name the account here.
Today I find out that they blocked the video from being used by me and I was dinged for copyright infringement.
I was using the "share" tools of instagram to share their video and they even have a tag on their video in addition to the tag I put and d/t Insta/FBook relationship it shared to my FB Biz Story.
If we share videos using tools from other accounts and they have their tag on their content, how is this considered copyright infringement?
Have not heard of this before! Help a dinosaur out. I guess I don't know the rules?
Isn't that one of the ideas of social to SHARE?
