Dynamic fog mod?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this.

Is there a mod that adds dynamic fog to the game? I just figured out how the view distance works in the launcher and I love being able to see far away. But I also enjoy when there's a lot of fog. I'm wondering if there's a mod that adds dynamic fog that changes like the weather. One day the volcano might not be spitting out as much fog and you get clear and sunny, and other days the fog is so thick you can't see more than a few feet ahead.

Last week I posted about how much fun my atronach high elf mage had been going. This is him now.

I've broken the game. This is the most fun I've had on any Elder Scrolls character I've made and I haven't even gone back to Caius yet. He told me to get a job. So I became a god.

I'm not even done breaking it yet. I've dabbled with potion shenanigans but haven't committed to it yet. So far the drain intelligence/fortify magicka exploit has been such a fun time. I can't wait to try out my new nuke spells on some dungeons. I love that everything I've accomplished so far has been completely intended mechanics. I can't do this shit in Oblivion even with its spellcrafting, much less Skyrim even though I have a godlike character on both of those games, this elf is on an entirely different dimension of power. I've still got 20 levels banked. Not sure when I'll use them, just plinking away at Speed, Personality and Luck now.

My future play through, as far off as that is,(I still have Tamriel Rebuilt to go play in, that helmet is from assisting with the BALROG) I'll be utilizing everything I've learned to make a fresh kind of character. Maybe a witchhunter, I haven't messed with marksman yet.

Playing a high elf atronach pure wizard + light armor and blunt. I understand the hype now

Im level 7 now, been struggling to work out the magic systems up until now, but it's all starting to click. Add in spamming acrobatics at the mountain in balmora to train strength, and paying for endurance and security training to make my level ups as efficient as possible.

Using the ancestor ghost too restore my magic. Just learned telekinesis can open containers???? Busted. Robbing shops right from under their owners noses??? I might never play anything other than a wizard again.

My last( and first) dedicated play thru was a custom spellsword class. He was fun, but the things im doing with this high elf is next level.

Learning the mechanics of this game is just so fucking addicting. Are there any other games with magic systems that can even compare?

I'm struggling to find uses for illusion besides charm, chameleon and invisibility. Are the other effects very useful?
