RC Rancho Mirage – Concierge response times?
Earlier this week I called the property to get the concierge team’s contact details and was given an individual’s email address. It’s been a couple of days now with no reply, which has me wondering.
Maybe I’m just spoiled by the response times at other properties. Has anyone had a similar experience with the concierge team there? And if anyone has a reliable contact at Rancho Mirage they’d be happy to share, feel free to DM me.
