One of our members threw out an idea, and now I can’t stop thinking about it.

Would anyone actually be interested in a casual little Forty & Flirty book club?

Nothing super serious or “homework” vibes. Just good books, favorite passages, poetry, storytelling, late-night thoughts, fictional crushes, and conversations that go way off track after page 50. 😏

Thoughts?

As Forty & Flirty continues to grow, we want to keep the same playful, classy, and slightly mischievous atmosphere that made people enjoy the Lounge in the first place. Cheeky humor, flirting, innuendo, and even mildly suggestive humor can absolutely fit the vibe here.

The goal is to keep the Lounge playful and flirty without crossing into NSFW territory, so we ask everyone to please be mindful of sexual content that may feel overly crude or borderline NSFW, including images, audio, or video.

Not every post will land the same way for every member, so moderators may occasionally step in when something feels a bit outside the atmosphere we aim to maintain — especially if content starts making the space feel uncomfortable or inappropriate for the community overall.

Our goal isn’t to kill the fun — it’s to keep the space lighthearted, welcoming, and enjoyable for the community as a whole.
