Can people just do their jobs please?

Seriously, why can't everyone just do their job? It is not the patient's job to hunt down answers that are internal to the clinic. It should not be the patient's burden to have to remind the clinic to submit pre-auths to insurance. Why do I, the patient, need to check what scripts were submitted to the pharmacy and upon finding a med name I don't recognize, check with the clinic, then have the clinic tell me "Oh that must have been sent by auto-send. You won't need that medication." Of course, no apology.

I have had more than 5 weeks of waiting time between my D&C and now my first appointment for the next cycle, scheduled for tomorrow. And just today they contact me and say I'm not financially cleared and that I need to get that figured out before my appointment tomorrow? What the hell is the Financial department doing? You've had all this time, more than a month to inform me, and no one has informed me of anything! It is literally your job to tell me if I have a balance or if something needs attention. I have made all the payments I have been informed of so far. So what is going on???? And of course no one will ever apologize for anything. UGH.

I want to use the AI search but even when I toggle off "Use Resume" it shows me a pop up that requires me to submit a resume.

Is the toggle glitching or is it just me

IVF in Korea vs USA

Has anyone done IVF in Korea? Specifically, tried IVF in the US and then did it in Korea?

Our first cycle of retrieval and transfer in US took us just over six months, and this is without any significant delays for any particular reason. "Normal" wait times for insurance, between retrieval and transfer. There weren't any issues that caused any delays. But it took us six months.

From what I've researched, one cycle from retrieval to transfer in Korea can be done in as little as three weeks. Three weeks!!

Korea has the highest success rates for IVF. I would go in a heartbeat if I didn't have to worry about taking an extended time off from work.

Anyone here who has relevant experience??

Any double embryo transfer successes? Specifically 5day AB and 7day AB transferred together.

I have two embryos remaining, and since the 7day embryo has a lower chance of surviving, doc suggested we could do a double transfer. Both are untested.

Will a double transfer negatively affect the 5day embryo if the 7day embryo becomes nonviable?

Any success storied from a similar experience?

My first transfer with an untested embryo ended in an early loss at 8 weeks. MMC.

General advice and insight appreciated.

What would you do next? After D&C of first pregnancy

What would you do next?

I just had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks. It was our first try with IVF. I have two (out of three) embryos left from my egg retrieval. Their grades are 5day AB and 7day AB.

We are F35 (me) and M35. There's some male infertility issues but it's mostly because of me that we need IVF.

AMH in Jan 2026: 0.47
I have only one ovary/tube because of a previous surgery
I have endometriosis
I have D&C scheduled tomorrow.

Because of my low AMH and my age, I'm really stressed about needing to get pregnant as soon as possible. Please help me decide how to move forward.

Option 1
After D&C, try two cycles of natural conception
If no success, try a new egg retrieval or go straight to FET with an existing embryo

Option 2
Do not try for natural pregnancy
Move straight into FET with an existing embryo

Option 3
Start a new egg retrieval cycle (we do want to try for at least two kids if possible)
Then FET

Option 4

Help! Did I ruin my chance for pregnancy with a hot water pouch?

Freaking out because I used a hot water pouch to relieve cramps. I used it directly on my stomach and pelvic area. Maybe for more than 30 minutes.

FET was 8 days ago from today.

Did I ruin my chances???
