I'd like to find a way through either Windows Explorer or Premiere Pro to tag and search a database of files. I have lots of greenscreens, music, memes, gif and many other files that I'd like to tag and categorize by emotion / reactions and such. I could just sort them into folders, but sometimes i come across files that suit multiple purposes, and I'd like to avoid making duplicates or having to remember where many files are. Can anyone recommend some software? I've come by a few on google but a lot of it is overwhelming and I'd much rather hear from you guys.

So i have had this phone for about a month, no issues. I was aware when i purchased it, of the instructions to turn of RCS messages. Apparently it can take up to a month for them to turn off.

Apparently this is so that i can text people who have iphones. But here's the odd bit, i had no issues. I could freely text anyone. But now its been roughly a month, and i think the RCS messages may have finally turned off, because as of yesterday i can suddenly no longer text iphone users. I get no feedback myself, but when they text me, they get a 'message failed' alert.

Is it possible turning RCS off actually was the wrong thing to do? Im gonna turn them back on and hope it doesnt take another month before i can message iphone users again. I have Tello mobile, if that helps .
