Is the top half of my Syzygium dead?

Hi all!

I asked in the other Bonsai sub but for whatever reason, unless you have a decade of experience keeping trees, they're super condescending unfortunately.

I have a Syzygium that was doing super well, but unfortunately I went on holiday for a week, and not only forgot to water it before I left, but forgot to arrange somebody to come and water it whilst I was gone too. (ADHD, yay!)

When I got back, I thought the tree was dead entirely, but after a few weeks of watering/misting, there's some nice healthy growth coming through again - but only on the bottom of the tree.

I've done a bark test on the trunk section between the two halves, and there are green patches, but its primarily cream/brown. Is the top half of the tree dead? And if so what's the best plan of action?

If not - am I best leaving it alone and continuing as I am? Or is it worth trimming the branches back and letting everything regrow out?

She looks very sad atm:(

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Just to add, I'm in the UK and in a second floor apartment so outside isn't an option for several reasons. It's under a grow light, I mist it once or twice daily, and water it every 2/3 days just before the soil starts to dry out.

GT ClubSport cockpit owners?

Hi all!

Bit of a strange question, but can anybody who owns a GT ClubSport cockpit tell me the measurement of the part of the frame shown in the image please? (From the bottom of the foot/floor to the top of the frame not including seat)

Thanks in advance!

Anybody with Malm dresser beds please?

Hi all!

I have a 3 x 2 Malm dresser like the one pictured, and was wondering if anybody who used theirs to make a bed/something similar could tell me how much weight they hold on top please? I can't find anything in the official IKEA documentation and the chat advisors don't seem to have any information on it either.

EDIT: Not just people who've made other pieces of furniture with theirs, but if anybody who has kept any kind of heavy item, or maybe a fish tank or something on top could weigh in it would be much appreciated!

Thanks!
