What was your experience increasing beyond 1mg?

I’ve been on the medication for six months and I’m on 1mg. Effectiveness has dropped dramatically over the last two weeks, I’m a little shocked with how quickly it happened 😅 I’ve started online shopping again and am hungry all the time lol

Anyway, as my experience in increasing doses has not been great, usually leading to a number of undesirable symptoms, I thought I would crowd source information on your experience to help guide next steps ❤️ My questions are:

-What dose did you move to after 1mg?

-What were the (negative) symptoms you experienced at that dose increase specifically?

-And for those of you ahead of me, do you just keep increasing indefinitely? I’m a little scared I’ll reach a level I can’t increase anymore (especially for the non weight loss related benefits, like reduced impulse behaviours etc)

Armpit sweat stains on silk? Removable or trash?

Found these (both sides) stains on a secondhand top I purchased without noticing. Now this explains the price 😅

Any advice on how / if I can address this stain or does the shirt need to be tossed?

Transition to an easier job?

More of a general chat / brainstorming post than a question -

I work in corporate as a mid level executive and will have been in my current job for four years by the time I start this transition (or retire, in 12 months).

I love the work and my team and the purpose of the org, but there’s two reasons I want to move on:

-The broader work environment is as such that toxic behaviour is supported / never dealt with - I can’t imagine this changing in 12 months and it’s draining me out.

-Hours are long / part time not optional. They might change the tune when I quit but I’ve already been told there is no flex here and I’m planning for this.

I suspect I won’t NEED to work but as I’ll be hitting fire in my 40s, I’m realising I may need to mentally in all honesty. Ideally id like two to three half days / mornings a week (but really timeboxed so it doesn’t leak into 5). I’d love to hear how others have done it.

Questions:

-What options did you look at when considering scaling back and where did you land?

-What would you do differently with the benefit of hindsight?
