You have to guess distance between two cities

Hi everyone, looking for someone to take over one room in my 2 BHK flat at SJR Bluewaters. Currently living here myself (male, working professional).

Rent & Deposit
* Rent: Rs. 20,000/month (room doesn’t have attached washroom)
* Maintenance: Rs. 2,100/month
* Security deposit: Rs. 75,000 (refundable if you bring a replacement when you leave)
* Setup cost: Rs. 0, treat it like your own house
Other monthly costs ( your share )
* Maid: Rs. 1,250
* Cook: Rs. 2,750 (comes once a day, cooks both lunch and dinner)
* Furniture rental: Rs. 1,200
* Wi-Fi: Rs. 900
* Drinking water (Prime Water): Rs. 250
* Electricity: usually Rs. 500-1,000

Most furniture is already there, and the kitchen setup is fully done too.

Move-in: Available from 1st August 2026

Looking for: Any working professional. Must be cat-friendly and responsible, I have a cat named Mao who lives with me, so someone careful enough not to let him wander off.

Amenities: Gated society with full clubhouse access, gym, swimming pool, and basketball, squash, badminton, tennis courts, and more.

Heads up: There’s a jail nearby, so network/network coverage can be spotty at times. If you WFH, using LAN works well.
