Like I got a hacker every single game now for 5 days in a row, isn't BYKING "hunting down" hackers and leakers? Or do they don't give a shit about hacking but only about people leaking new characters

legit the first ranked match I play after the patch and instantly get a Nagant with 12 KO and 13k damage who just quick shot me to death, GUT this character.
