Round 1: . Instead of Endeavor being the one to jump Shigaraki its All Might and All For One.

Round 2: Shigaraki cannot use Decay but has every other quirk available to him

Bonus Round: Swap Kamino All Might for USJ All Might or Beginning of Series All Might, does this change anything drastically for you?

Please explain why you scale him there and how you came to that conclusion

Here's my definition of Mid Tier:

Does not explicitly scale in either attack power, durability or speed to the high tier MHA characters/feats (like the Embers Punch or Star Arc's Relativistic dodges, meaning anyone who can stand up to a Near High End realistically for whatever reason) without some very dubious chainscaling, sometimes even relying on their own feats for scaling moreso

Also not hax merchants that are otherwise hopeless against high-tiers either

Doesn't have to be from the picture here but I think that these are some candidates

The ninja who’s jutsu captures shadows or the guy so has a shadow monster inside him

Azathoth vs. Katsuki Bakugo & Izuku Midoriya

Izuku Midoriya (Deku)

Age 16

He inherited a stockpiling quirk passed down through generations and can channel its raw power into his body

He breaks his own bones to unleash devastating punches and can use multiple past wielders abilities

He can float and shoot black tendrils and manipulate danger sense and smoke

Yet his body was not built for this power and he is still learning to hold it without breaking

Katsuki Bakugo (Dynamight)

Age 16

He sweats nitroglycerin and detonates it at will turning his palms into rapid fire explosions

He moves with explosive speed and uses the blasts to launch himself across battlefields

He has mastered precision and can focus massive detonations into single devastating strikes

His temper is as volatile as his quirk but his battle instincts are sharp and relentless

Azathoth

nickname: the blind idiot god.

Age : nothing

General description of his abilities:

Azathoth is the blind idiot god at the center of all infinity dreaming reality into existence

His realm transcends all dimensions time space logic and the concepts of existence and nonexistence themselves

Every universe multiverse and infinite void is just a fraction of his being and cannot even be measured against him

He cannot be destroyed or harmed because he exists beyond the scope of any attack concept or law

If he ever wakes everything ends because it was never real only a dream within his mindless slumber

My Hero Academia vs My Little Pony

Hypothetically speaking, who would benefit the most from receiving One For All to amplify their quirk and power?
For the sake of this question just assume that they wont get the life sucked out of them by OFA or that their bodies can handle the extra quirk ontop of their own powers essentially scaling up to One For Alls Amplification, so for instance Dabi wouldn't instantly combust on the spot from using OFA, they'd scale to the amp they'd receive.

This will just be base One For All, not it once it hits Singularity with all the extra quirks

This is pretty speculative since we'd be diving into the real of headcannon for aspects of how One For All could boost quirks.
Like for instance Shoto could hypothetically have Getens level of control over Ice and Dabis level of heat and firepower with even better Pyrokinesis than he already has

Obvious picks are All For One and Star and Stripe but theres plenty of quirks out there with loads of untapped potential

Who would he make his Horesmen Heros/Villains and how well would the verse hold up?
