Looking for a single system to tame my messy mix

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to find the best method or app to take and organize notes, because right now everything is scattered:
• Handwritten notes in various notebooks
• A bunch of open website browsers / tabs
• Printed copy articles
• YouTube videos saved under “for later”
I want one place (or one simple system) where all of this lives, so I’m not constantly jumping between apps and physical stuff.
What approach would work best for:
• Capturing handwritten notes (scanning or photo + text)
• Saving & tagging web pages/articles (with some way to see them later)
• Linking YouTube “for later” videos to relevant notes/projects
• Keeping it all searchable and not turning into a new kind of mess
I’m open to:
• One “all-in-one” app (e.g., Notion, Obsidian, Evernote, OneNote, etc.)
• Or a minimal system with 2–3 tools that actually work well together
If you’ve solved this kind of problem, what’s your setup? What app do you use, and how do you structure your notes (folders, tags, projects, templates, etc.)? Any tips on how to start migrating from my current chaos without losing everything?
Thanks!

How Long Should I Wait at My Underemployed Job Before Moving On?

I’m beyond frustrated and feeling hopeless right now. I need honest advice from people who’ve been through this.

My story:
• 2022-2025: I increasingly improved my salary and skills throughout these years
• 2025: Became unemployed and spent 8 months unemployed despite applying constantly
• Currently: Landed a job that pays $30,000 LESS than what I had before

I’m working in a role at local government and it is in my field HR. I’m feeling stuck in underemployment.

The thought of climbing back to where I was feels impossible—it will take a LOOOONG time to get back to my previous level, and I’m starting to feel hopeless about it.
My questions:

  1. How long should I wait at this underemployed job? Is it worse to stay too long or to leave again?
  2. What specific things can I do to make more money while I’m here?
  3. How do I move on mentally when the path back feels so long and uncertain?
  4. What strategies actually worked for you to escape underemployment after a long unemployment gap?
  5. How did you handle the mental toll of feeling “stuck” below your potential?

Help! Door panel insert repair shop 🚗 🧵

I’m looking for a shop in Gainesville or around that can handle car interior upholstery/trim work, especially a door panel insert that has sagged/delaminated. I’ve called around but haven’t found anyone willing to do the work/ take out the door panel bc “the job was too much” because the door panel has power windows and wiring. 🙃😕

Does anyone have a recommendation for a shop that does door panel restoration or repairs? I’d really appreciate any suggestions, especially places you’ve used personally. Otherwise I will go to the dealership!
Thank you!
