I have currently been training for about a year and when a male professor coaches I have a harder time learning a technique compared to when my female coaches are. I feel female coaches go very detailed step by step and mention positions a certain way compared to how male coaches do.

This could just be me since I have a hard time with long instructions in general. I need to have it step by step or my brain for some reason cannot process the technique.

There's one coach I have observed almost every time the men are able to understand the technique, however, the females are still struggling to figure out it. (Including myself) I was curious if any other ladies feel this way that certain way of teaching are more easier, and noticed if men vs women process it differently?
