Interview for biodiversity and ecosystem health

Can someone tell me what type of questions they can ask ?
Hi everyone. I am an international student deciding between two Master's programs in Germany for the upcoming Winter semester. My background is a Bachelor's in Biological Sciences. My current undergraduate thesis focuses on the in silico genomic mining of wild wheat. Over the past year, I have developed strong skills in bioinformatics and computational data analysis alongside my regular wet lab experience. My goal is to eventually build a career in the corporate biotech or agritech sector.
I currently have a confirmed admission offer for the MSc Molecular Life Sciences program at FSU Jena. I am also heavily considering the MSc Plant Sciences program at the University of Hamburg. Both options appeal to me for very different reasons.
Jena seems well aligned with my technical skills. The curriculum offers excellent modules in systems biology that fit perfectly with my computational background. Finding a HiWi job at a local institute is something I plan to pursue if I go there. On the other hand, Hamburg is a massive city with a huge international network. I could potentially tailor the Plant Sciences degree there to include plenty of computational research.
I am hoping to get some advice from people familiar with the German job market.
Which program generally provides better long-term career options after graduation?
Will a specific "Plant Sciences" degree title limit my chances if I apply for broader molecular roles later?
How does the availability of relevant student assistant (HiWi) jobs compare between a smaller research hub like Jena and a major city like Hamburg?
Any insights into these programs or the universities themselves would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
