The specs are good for the price except for the ram and storage they could've made the ram at least 6gb

I'm a bit confused about how to properly fill out official receipts and just want to make sure I'm doing it correctly as a TikTok Shop seller.

For the date, should I use the order date or the settlement/payment date?

For the item description should I put the order id or the actual item description?

For the amount, should I write:

the total settlement amount I received, or

the total revenue from the transaction?

Also, if I have multiple customers with orders below ₱500, how should I issue receipts for those?

I want to make sure my receipts are correct.

Any advice from those familiar with bookkeeping or PH tax rules would really help. Thank you!
