Is going to trade school worth it?

I'm fixing to start community college in January and I would ideally want to study criminal justice but I don't think there would be safe job opportunities. I'm thinking of going to a trade school to ensure I can get a job. Plumbing or HVAC for example

How am I supposed to work?

I'm gonna be honest. I'm so worried about finding a job. I've been looking for the first time and it's terrible. Wages aren't good, rent is sky high.. how is this sustainable? I'm worried about my future as seen by my previous post in this subreddit. Maybe I just need help, or a "it's gonna be fine" even if it's not. I'm 25M if anybody's curious

Having a hard time with the future

I'm having daily panic attacks because I'm so stressed about the future. I'm 25 and I'm disabled. I've never had a job and the job market is not going to recover. I don't want to get too political but there's nothing to look forward to. I'm genuinely suicidal just so I don't have to face the future. I want to believe I'll figure life out and I'll make it in life but I'm pessimistic. I'm worried I won't be able to pay all my bills in the future. I'm in a relative comfortable position right now with my mom taking care of me but she won't be around forever. Both of my parents are aging and are in poor health. I've cried and made myself nauseous from thinking about the future. I don't have anyone to fall back on once my parents pass away and living alone with how high rent prices are is not an option. I worry myself to death where no matter what I'm doing I can't distract myself. I'm sorry but I just need to scream into the void.
