hi watchesindia, help this newbie

So basically, I want to get my first actual watch and not a fashion brand watch.

so after browsing here and there and talking to a few people here I've chosen all these watches.

Citizen Light Blue Dial - 19.9k

Seiko SSB425P1 dress - 20.7k

Citizen Grey Dial - 19.9K

These would be my occasional wear watches which I will probably wear when I'm going to parties, functions or any event in general which is rare.

Casio Enticer A2394 Light Blue Dial - 5k

Giordano GZ 50202-22 Chronograph - 3.8k

Giordano Square green dial - 3k

I already have a sonata right now which I wear on a daily basis so I'm just adding one to the collection or to change it according to my outfit.

What I'm confused about is which one is the best timepiece in these 2 categories, personally I like the look and feel of the citizen light blue dial and Seiko doesn't seem that good and wdym by dress watch? but it's there as an option because I don't know much about watches for now. And apart from that i don't feel good about this giordano brand either so that makes it a little simpler or maybe more complicated for me to choose the 2nd category.

Preferences: Metal Bracelet Style Strap, Thicker Bezels, Roman Numbers will get the edge because they look more class, No full gold watches tint of gold is cool, for more reference I just love the Seiko 5 Sports SKX GMT Sky Blue, Silver Cloud - SSKO33K1 but the thing is that costs 45k and I'm not anywhere near in my savings.

Thank you if you've read till here and I would like you all to help this fellow newbie find the best for himself in these watches, I'm open to more suggestions as well.

Thank you!!
