We all have that one idea from a discussion with a friend over chai or beer, or the 2 am light bulb moment. But a lot of times it never goes past the "first commit". And when it does, we often see 0 users on the Google Analytics for a few days before shutting shop and moving on to the next thing. So I pose this:

1. Do you think about who your user is going to be? How are they going to look like? What do they think/do/live?
2. Do you do this before you build or after?
3. Has this changed due to ai?

As the title suggests, do folks here use/have used the make my persona tool? Is it part of your regular workflows or just a one-and-done sort of situation?
