I'm trying to get their 300mbps plans but I also wanted to factor user experience. How are your experiences with the service and customer support?

Im going to tour apartments tomorrow but I haven't been hearing back from anybody from the contacts I found in street easy. Since I'm from out of state I want to make the best use of my time but I'm worried I might be wasting my time.

What are some things I can do to either get more replies or figure things out in-person?
