Im in a dark place im ready to give up im struggling with depression and a miscarriage i don't know if I should even be hurting over the miscarriage I wasn't far along and im loosing myself my fiance is mad at me for not talking to him

Im a 35 yr old female trying find help to talk to someone about a miscarriage im carrying alot of pain and grief and im shutting down and pushing ppl away that care i don't know how to open up about it and not sure if im ready to and when is a good time too
