Is this good like it's been 9 days using this phone

I’ve been working on a small SaaS idea called Docuzy, focused on making document management simpler and less chaotic.

Right now it’s very early — just a waitlist stage.

I wanted to ask:

• What’s the most frustrating part of managing documents for you?
• Any tools you’ve tried but didn’t like?

Trying to understand real problems before building further.
