Been having pots symptoms

People around me don’t think I have pots, but I’ve been wondering for a while. I am a multi sport athlete and play d3 ultimate frisbee and do regular strength training. the problem is I cannot do prolonged cardio. my heart easily gets to 190/200 with <1 run. if I go for a 2 mile run at a 10 minute pace, I have flulike symptoms for the rest of the day and cannot get out of bed. I feel feverish with chills. just small workouts make me exhausted and sweaty and puffy and panty. I’ve wondered for a while if I’m just unathletic, but I really shouldn’t be with the amount that I work out. my vision consistently goes black when I stand up, and sometimes I get extreme derealization after walking for long distances

Weary of norovirus right now

my friend has it and says he threw up 26 times. what a nightmare. of course I then looked it up to scare myself…. and apparently 1 in every 15 Americans get it EVERY YEAR! that is terrifying and I can’t believe I haven’t gotten it after all this time

Withdrawal

I accidentally had to stop cold turkey because I'm in college and ran out of sertraline. I split my last pill in half and took 50 mg for two nights, then last night took none. Today I was super dizzy this morning and am now having liquid diarrhea. Has anyone else gone through this?

I am taking an EMT course this summer and will start on my campus EMS next year. I know that there will be lots of vomit, and no, I'm not recovered. But this is one of those instances where I will just have to thug it out, and I am sure that the exposure will be a great step in my recovery! I'm very excited to start!

So I had this super sharp stomach pain that came on pretty suddenly. it is in my upper stomach which is why I’m most scare. it is cramping so bad and hurts to do anything. I came back to bed and checked my texts and my roommate said she’s not going to class tomorrow which is very scary because I don’t know why. I don’t normally have panic attacks so I don’t have methods to calm down. can people share their hat helps them?
