Hi all! I am sadly selling these 2 very cool Zen knives. I purchased them fairly recently on the secondary market, but really need to make an effort to thin up my collection.

Pricing note: I am going to try something new here- sliding scale pricing. I have listed a price range, rather than a flat price. The middle of the range is the price I paid. The high end of the range is my break even, including seller costs. The low end of the range is a discounted price. You choose what you pay. If cash is tighter right now, go for the lower end of the range. If you're feeling comfortable, I'd appreciate breaking even. You don't need to justify anything to me, just DM me your price. I won't wait to get the highest offer, it'll just go to the first people who commits.

Zen Rex121 220x52 210g, HRC70.5

Handle: Carbon fiber epoxy handle with silver flecks and Damascus ferrule

Price: $500-555 (original retail $580)

This knife is really cool looking and feeling. The HRC is obviously extremely high, which is fun. And the handle is just absolutely spectacular. The dammy ferrule is really a nice touch.

Zen ASP2053, 214x47 178g

Handle: Blackwood with bronze ferrule

Price: $310-360 (original retail unknown to me)

This is another beauty, and more on the affordable size of things! I really appreciate the value of this knife, I haven't seen too many knives at this price point that also have this level of quality. I was legitimately surprised when I opened it.

Photos are in subsequent posts below.

Payment: Prices are G&S shipped in the CONUS. I can accept all commonly used payment methods.

Shipping: Shipping is included in the price to the CONUS. I am happy to share costs to ship further out! Just ask.

Trades: Well, I can't say no to a fun trade! Things I am open to in this price range are Tetusjins, Takeda Hamono NAS, and maybe a lower cost Eddie or Hitohira premium line knife.

Thanks for looking! :)

Hey all! For sale is a very exciting collab knife, where Shigeki Tanaka made the blade and Isasmedjan made the handle. This collab knife was made by and originally purchased from Modern Cooking. For those who haven’t dipped their toes in Western makers, Isasmedjan is one of the best, especially with his handles.

Specs from the maker:

Edge Length: 240mm

Spine Heel: 2.51mm

Spine Mid: 2.16mm

Spine Tip (20mm before): 1.81mm

Blade Height: 55.22mm

Weight: 221g

Cutting Edge Steel: R2 / SG2

HRC: 64

Blade Construction: 5 Layer (Go Mai)

Handle Materials: Gidgee, Brass

Condition: Mint

Price: $700 shipped G&S. If you want to add $15 for shipping, I’ll be super appreciative but no pressure. This is a nice discount on the original price ($750) + import duties (+50%). I can accept all commonly used payment methods. Can be shipped outside the USA, we'll just have to figure out how to split it.

Trades: I am open to trades, specifically similar condition knives of Hitohira’s premium lines, Tetsujin, and Takeda. Open to making up differences in cash on either side.
