Need ideas for a 65 inch TV placement in new apartment.

TL;DR - My girlfriend and I are finally moving to a new apartment of our own and have booked a 2 bedroom corner unit we really liked. Everything about the apartment is good except the problems we are facing with the living room setup. Can just look at the pics and suggest an ideal placement for it.

Descriptive - I have a 65 inch TV and also a Samsung surround sound setup with rear speaker kits. I'm having a hard time determining what the ideal spot should be for the TV placement. Ideally, the TV would be placed on a TV unit. Might mount it as well depending on the choice of wall I go with. My girlfriend doesn't really care where it goes but I am really particular about the viewing distance, viewing angle and room aesthetics. Her suggestion was mounting it on the corner wall between the 2 window wall sides. I love her but that's the worst idea a guy who's particular about his viewing angles could receive lol. So here are my realistic options(according to the order of the descriptive pictures):-

  1. Option 1 - Seems the most logical but the area might feel a bit cramped up due to the the mechanical room on the right side and the Kitchen Island sort of being in the way as well. While the island is not completely in the way, it will be noticeable when you sit and watch the TV.

  2. Option 2 -This wall is directly in front of the Kitchen area. The TV will go in between the windows but of course, some portion of the TV will expand into the window area. Those 2 windows give the most amount of natural sunlight so we don't want to shut the blinds for those windows. The proposal is that the windows will always stay open even if the TV goes there but we if we are watching a movie/gaming/it's night time, the blinds will be shut. Lastly, the couch will go directly in front of the kitchen island and the speakers from my surround system will be mounted behind the couch. Probably messes the flow of the room in terms of walkability?

  3. Option 3 - This wall is on the right side of the kitchen and can be viewed when entering the apartment. The alignment here is the problem. Since the wall goes all the way to our 2nd bedroom door and the kitchen area as well, the TV can't be placed at the center wall between the 2 windows. It has to be placed on the left window of the wall so that it gives a direct viewing angle from my couch. The flow of the room will be there in this placement strategy but at the cost of uneven wall placement. The window here doesn't give much sunlight so we don't mind keeping it shut the entire time. The right window can stay open.

23M moving in with girlfriend. Need advice for 65' TV placement in living room.

Location change under new H-1B wage based lottery

Hey guys, I have been trying to get a concrete answer for this under new visa rules but have been unable to do so.

For context, my H-1B was picked this year under Level 2 at my current company. My current company has it's headquarters in Pennsylvania but the workers are allowed to work remote from anywhere in the US if they want to. I work from the Pennsylvania headquarters and that will be my location for LCA when H1-B petition has been filed.

However, I want to move closer to NYC after a year or so as I don't like where I live right now. Since my company is okay with me becoming remote and working from let's say Jersey City, how difficult would it be for me to transfer my location under the current guidelines? I'm $10k away from being a Level 2 in Jersey City. I believe I can achieve that by next year based on how the ladder works in my company. Assuming I have enough salary of a Level 2 candidate in Jersey City and my company is okay with the Amendment fees for my H-1B amendment, will it be doable?

If not, I would seriously consider changing my company instead and find a company in the NYC region. I do not wish to do that cause my current company has been good to me, will also sponsor my green card and is already quite lenient with the work culture. However, I also feel like I'm wasting my 20s living in a suburban area when I should be living in a lively city and network with people over there. Plus, it's also an immigrants dream (at least for me) to have that city experience once in my life cause ever since I came to the US (3 years ago), I've been living in a suburban area that got old and boring really fast for me.

Hey guys,

I am about to build a sin rig for myself and trying to figure out the best monitor setup. As per my research, 32 inch triples are valued to be better than 27 inch triples. However, would you still say the same if the 27 inch monitor is an OLED and the 32 inch one is a generic IPS panel?

For context, I'm getting a deal at Samsung where Samsung G61SD (27 inch, QHD, OLED) is $1250. Whereas a G50D (32 inch, QHD, IPS) is $1100. I have Samsung Education discount hence the deal. I also run RTX 4090 and AMD 78300X3D. My budget is $1500 for a triple monitor setup but I need a good setup.

I looked on Samsung store but unfortunately, there's no 32 inch QHD monitor that is also mini-led/OLED. I need it to be QHD (1440p) cause my RTX 4090 can't handle triple 4k. I also need to buy from Samsung only so that I can use my 30% student discount. Do I really lose that much of competitive edge by going 27 inch? Another option is the Odyssey G9 but again, I saw people saying to just go for triples instead.
