Restarting my self-care journey

So basically.. I used to be healthy af. I worked out all the time and ate Whole Foods and got my protein in. I was strong and happy. Then I got sick and life got in the way and I’m restarting on how to love myself and my body again by taking care of my health all together as a whole.
With that…I’m struggling. What are some things everyone is doing that are simple and easy that are your forms of “self-care” that led you to doing more for yourself? Healthy Gateway habits ??? Everytime I try to start I just get defeated and literally do nothing. It’s even more defeating every time I fail! Someone say SOMETHING 😩 thank you in advance!

My boss said my accommodation letter needs to be approved or denied by HR…? LOCATION: Mississippi, USA

New here. First time poster, new to Reddit so idk how a lot of this works.
So. I was given an accommodation letter from my neurologist for my neurological disability (MS)… I told my GM about it. after realizing there is NOTHING in the company policy mentioning disabled employees, ADA, accommodations, etc., he informed me it’ll be a request and it’ll either be approved or denied….??

Can they deny my accommodations per ADA from my doctor??? Has anyone dealt with this??? Is this legal? Someone help

I was recently diagnosed with MS and I feel like absolute crap almost daily, what else can I do?

I was diagnosed in December 2025, and then had chiari malformation brain surgery in February. In November, I had a “relapse“ for the first time that actually debilitated me almost completely. I slowly got use of my body back, but nothing has been the same since. I feel like crap almost every day. I’m so tired all the time. I have no motivation almost and everything feels so forced. I’m on gabapentin, 900 mg per dose. Was recently diagnosed again a week ago with depression and anxiety. And now taking medication for that. I’m just not sure what else I can possibly do.

Side note that may be important: I had healing complications with one of my incisions for my brain surgery, and I’ve been dealing with that as well. I do believe I’m on the upside of that . So I know that probably also adds to my immune system just being exhausted.

I feel like there’s no one who’s been through this exact situation but I know there is somewhere. Does anyone have any advice?

Anyone else have issues with the top incision?

For some reason where the stitches were at the bottom of the top incision it didn’t heal all the way and it’s been 5 months. Anyone else deal with this? They have me putting a medihoney on it currently and I think it’s helping but wtf ????
