It's so nice to know I can have both and neither and none

Any and all self-expression can be mine!!! Hi everyone! I don't believe in gender! If other people enjoy it, awesome!!! Power to you!!! You are valid!!! <3 But for me, I like to opt out and just exist. I'm feeling pretty good today. I feel free. I am myself and nothing else. Idk. It will confuse people, but it's nice to feel free. Especially when you're on a walk alone and you don't have to perform anything or be anything for anyone but yourself. Lots of love to y'all.

Hair is confusing

I don't know if I should get a buzzcut or not. I know getting a buzzcut as a woman is an excellent way to signal nonconformity and independence, so I am thinking about it. I admire long hair so much, but when I see me with long hair in the mirror, I don't know if it's me. I don't know what suits me. I don't know what to do. I think for sure my masculine side is basically invisible with me wearing my hair long like this. I have my hair in two Misa-from-Death-Note pigtails right now, and the hairstyle is cute, but I feel like I can't take myself seriously like this. I feel so confused. I don't know who I am anymore.

Legs ache, but I want to get thinner and stronger...

Would it be lame if I asked the PF employees for help? I'm a gym newbie and everything but the treadmill intimidates me. I'm a simple person. I really just need 5 simple things to do other than the treadmill...just to get started. But I'm worried I'll hurt or humiliate myself. Today I walked and ran a bit on the treadmill (1 hour on there), and my left knee felt funny. Sometimes my bones ache vaguely. Then it goes away. I'm 28, I want to be able to exercise and have things be simple and straightforward.

What do you all suggest as the easiest exercises that are almost impossible to screw up?

Thank you for any and all answers! :-)
