4 Month Gym+Diet Transformation

21 year old Male
Jan 19th-May 19th
I didn’t have a scale for my starting weight but my guess is 200+ and the picture on the right I weigh 164.6lbs

Definitely feeling fatigue from the cut but I know I’m no where near finished yet so I just have to ride it out.

Eating between 1550-1650 cal per day hitting 150g+ of protein and weight train 5 days a week

My strength was increasing for the first 2.5-3 months of the cut but now has plateaued/decreased very slightly so I really haven’t lost much muscle.

I’m planning to get to maybe 12% BF, maintain for a little bit depending on when that is, and then go in to a lean bulk to pack on as much muscle as I can.

Would it be realistic to hope to achieve a decently lean physique within another 2-3 months on the same plan?

Open to any advice

3.5 month transformation

I didn’t have a scale for the first picture but my guess is that I was weighing 200+ and that was January 19th. The picture on the right is from a week ago and I weighed in at 167.8. I’ll probably cut down to around 150 and then maintain until September. I plan on starting a lean bulk then to add some size to my frame. Surprisingly with how much weight I’ve lost, my lifts have barely gone down in the gym. I’m doing 5 weight training sessions per week and try to hit 10k steps per day. Any advice/input on what im doing or planning to do?
