Whats the problem? OP was asking a simple question lol
I know this might sound like a stretch, but if you fill in the "closed" sections of a QR code, it makes an "8-bit" picture of something...
Okay, I know I dont have proof, but when I'm bored and see a QR code on a piece of paper like homework or something, I colour in the parts in white that are in a closed off section (dont meet any other sections of white on the paper and is in a black barrier basically) and I swear on everything when you finish them it always makes some sort of silhouette of something. Ive done this so many times and all of them have made an image. I don't know if this is just me being autistic or what, but I swear one time I filled it in and saw a T-Rex, one time I saw an umbrella, one time I saw a monkey, one time I saw a dragon, the list goes on. I swear I can't be going insane, every QR code ive seen recently I've filled in and been able to see a picture in it. Whether its a magical beast, object, animal, theres always something there. I SWEAR!
(Also I just remembered right before I posted this that some QR codes have a black border, so technically all of the QR code should be filled in, but I havent seen any of them so they don't count cause I say so and it's my conspiracy theory, so yes i'm going to basically segregate the ones that are slightly different to the "normal" ones. Call me QR code racist, I don't care! I just want to prove a point.)
