Any love the Guardians stadium? It looks beautiful on the screen. Thinking about making a special trip to Ohio / Michigan trip to hit Cleveland/ Cincy and Detroit.

Raynaud’s too?

There seems to be a loose connection between Raynauds and migraines. Maybe it’s all part of a vasoconstriction dysfunction.

Would love to know if anyone here gets vestibular migraines AND has Raynaud’s.

I’ve had both for years. 30 years of vestibular migraines (rare, like annually, but terrifying), 15 years or migraines (basically cured by Heal your headache diet) and 10 years of Raynaud’s (I deal with that by doing ice baths in the winter to habituate my system).
