How are the frame replaced (from recall) Toyota Tacomas doing now?

I'm in a norther state and honestly its making Ford F-150's look better because every ad for a Tacoma or Tundra I see, the frame is messed up from the 'r' word. However I'm seeing a few that have had the recall done to them- I'm just wondering how they are holding up these days? Could having the whole frame replaced be any kind of an issue for the rest of the truck? Isn't that similar to having an r-title?
sorry if stupid question this would be my first truck Im looking for

Should I buy 2012 Toyota Tacoma with headlight "pushed back in"?

95,000 miles and only $8500. It says that it has a clean title, but why would the headlight not fit in perfectly? Makes me wonder if it was in an accident and frame could be bent. It says that they replaced the headlight, and you can tell because the right one is foggy and the left is clean. From an individual on craigslist
