I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!

Im interested in school-based mhpss and hope to pursue it more seriously in the future. I have a strong interest in psychology and mental health and im curious to hear from people working in this field.

Rather than looking for a single right path , i’d love to hear about your own experiences. What helped you grow? What skills have been the most valuable? Are there books, courses, mentors or experience that had a lasting impact on you? How do you continue learning today?
