He used to follow his own sense of what was right, even when Vidya and Mahadev opposed him. So Vidya and Bhanu were inseparable sisters until Vidya eloped with their servant Mahadev, which Bhanu saw as a dishonor and began hating them. After a 25-year leap, Vidya and Mahadev had five children, and Mahadev made his sons swear against love marriages.

Dheeraj and Rajji studied in the same college. They were more like enemies. She is an orphan and is the niece of Kiran, who is the wife of Bhanu and Vidya’s brother Yash. Bhanu is a mother figure to Rajji and her brother Vishwa. However, Rajji is not directly related to this family, and there is no cousin marriage involved in this show.

Fast forward to Dheeraj and Rajji’s wedding track. Rajji had a boyfriend named Kalyan, who actually wanted to sell her. Dheeraj learned the truth and informed Bhanu. He repeatedly warned Rajji that Kalyan was not a good person, but the blindly in-love Rajji considered Dheeraj her enemy and did not believe him. Bhanu used Rajji as a pawn to take revenge on Mahadev. Even though Bhanu knew that Kalyan wanted to sell Rajji, she still joined hands with him to trap her. She fixed Rajji’s marriage with someone else and later asked Kalyan to come home and pretend to love Rajji so that she would believe he was a good person.

Meanwhile, 🤦🏻‍♀️ Bhanu secretly wanted Rajji to somehow end up marrying Dheeraj and become Mahadev’s daughter-in-law so that she could destroy Mahadev’s household.

According to Bhanu’s plan, on the day before the wedding, Kalyan threatened suicide and ran away with Rajji. He took her to a hotel where prostitution was being carried out, and Rajji had no idea about it.

Bhanu pretended to be helpless and even staged a suicide drama in front of Vidya and Dheeraj, saying that Rajji had run away. Seeing her condition, Vidya, Dheeraj, and Narmada went out searching for Rajji. Bhanu called the police and gave the address, claiming that illegal activities were happening there. Kalyan drugged Rajji, stole her jewellery, and escaped. When Dheeraj reached the hotel room, he found Rajji unconscious. Both of them were arrested by the police, and Rajji believed that everything was Dheeraj’s plan, while thinking Kalyan was innocent.

To save Rajji and Dheeraj, Vidya lied to the police, saying they were husband and wife. Later, Vidya also got their actual marriage performed in a temple.

There was a huge drama at home. Dheeraj then lied that he had kidnapped Kalyan and told Rajji that she would have to obey him if she wanted Kalyan to remain safe.

Under pressure, Rajji lied in front of everyone that she and Dheeraj were in love. More chaos followed, but Bhanu was secretly happy. 🤣 However, she still did not know that everything was part of Bhanu’s plan.

And many more things happened after that… 🤦🏻‍♀️

I really hope this whole mission to reconcile Vidya and Mahadev wraps up soon, and that the makers stop pushing Narmada into every single scene with Rajji and Dheeraj. I don't mind seeing scenes with the three of them together, but when it's meant to be a special husband-and-wife moment, there's no need to involve a third person. It just feels awkward and takes away from the emotional impact of the scene.

Before the Devrani-Jethani detective track, both Narmada and Vidya played the role of perfect cupids. They quietly encouraged Rajji and Dheeraj to get closer while giving the couple the space to share their own moments. For example after Vishwa shot Dheeraj when he and Rajji had an argument, he later needed water to take his medicine. Instead of stepping in to help, Vidya and Narmada intentionally stayed out of it, giving Rajji the chance to hand him the water herself.

Why this man is saying "Jhootha Rishta" ? Come on! It's not like Rajji put sindoor on herself, wore a mangalsutra around her own neck, and simply walked into the house claiming to be Dheeraj's wife. Their wedding was performed by pandit ji in the temple with rituals and sacred vows, right in front of Vidya and Narmada. Ya phir kisi aur hi context mein ye bol raha hai Jhootha Rishta? 🙄

Some reels from Modern Family were showing up on my Instagram feed, and this thought came to my mind. Is it just me, or do Haley Dunphy (Sarah Hyland) from Modern Family and Rajji (Garvita Sadhwani) from Mahadev and sons look really similar?

Are the makers seriously planning to make Mogra a full-on vamp? The constant villainous background score around her and in today's precap she looked straight out of a 2000s soap opera with that Komolika-style bindi and those villain smile.

It was satisfying to watch Rajji call Dheeraj a hypocrite right to his face in today's episode. He had no answers to her questions because he knows he's guilty and in the wrong.

The one positive thing is that Dheeraj has realized he was wrong. Dheeraj genuinely looked guilty today. The flashbacks of him remembering how unfairly he had treated Rajji made the scene even more impactful (at least for me it was). I really liked that scene where Dheeraj was sincerely apologizing to Rajji, but unfortunately she was asleep at that moment.

It would be better if Rajji doesn’t forgive him right away and instead makes him put in effort for her attention and earn her forgiveness. And I feel Rajji will only join hands with Dheeraj for the sake of reuniting Vidya and Mahadev.

I’m curious to know what job Vidya will do, because the makers have never really shown how educated she is or how far she has studied, or what skills she has.

After today’s absolutely boring episode, I was completely done with it. I ended up watching an old clip instead, and honestly, that was way more entertaining. Now I’m really missing those days when Bhanu used to stand on her balcony and stare at the neighbor’s house like she was on constant neighborhood watch duty. 😭

Rajji should keep her weekly fainting schedule. It may not speed up the story, but it could give the TRPs a small boost. 😂

And another thing, They shared the bed on the first day itself after their marriage, so I don't understand why, later on, only Rajji sleeps on the bed while Dheeraj sleeps on the floor. 🙎🏻‍♀️

No matter how many years go by, Twinkle and Kunj will always have a special place in my heart and will forever remain my favorites. ✨🦋

Pre-leap Kunj Sarna was the definition of a green flag long before I even knew what that meant. I still can’t believe it has been 11 years since this show aired. It honestly feels like yesterday when I would eagerly wait for every new episode.

I'm talking about the mud scene. Honestly, it looked much better in the BTS clips. I always feel The camera work from the YouTube channels that upload BTS content is often better than what the Mahadev and Sons editing team gives us. 😂 But oh well, at least we got something. Better a little than nothing at all, so I won't complain much. It was good, though.

😭😂 I found this post on X/Twitter. It’s funny but true. Why does she always interfere in Rajji and Dheeraj’s matters? What kind of advice is she giving to Rajji? She should sometimes let the husband and wife sort out their own issues on their own.

Can't get over how gorgeous Shraddha Arya looked as Pakhi in Tumhari Pakhi. Still one of my favorite looks and characters of hers. ♥️✨ Her chemistry with Iqbal Khan was absolutely amazing, they made such a beautiful on-screen pair. Even after all these years, they remain one of my favorite TV couples.
