(18M) I’ve had these bumps for 2-3 years now, and they won’t go away. I’ve tried all these treatments down below, but they still look raised and bumpy.

I’ve tried:

- Aerolase laser on my whole face 2x

- cortisone injections on each bump

- doxycycline pills (for months)

- oracea pills (for a month)

- adapelene gel (for months)

- tazorac retinoid (for months)

Are there any other recommendations that can finally remove these once and for all? These bumps give me mental and emotional distress, and nobody is helping me, not even dermatologists. I feel so hopeless. Would electrocautery be the next best step?

You may say some of these were in the movie, but if you have the digital version, you can clearly tell none of this was shown.
