Messed up during cleaning

Hey guys, so I’m worried here. I just took my car to touchless car wash. After that I decided to dry a bit with microfibre cloth. I decided to use waterless car spray on the hood. Unfortunately, there was some wind and it was drying up quickly. However, the residue was still there, I tried spraying multiple times. But it just wouldn’t go away. Fearing that It would effect the paint. I took it to second carwash hoping it gets cleared. But after that it didn’t go away. What should I do? Should I go for third time?

Anxiety about stop signals

Hello guys, I just got my driving license. I drive carefully and follow the rules. However, I get anxiety when I see I green signal from the distance. I start to think that the moment I reach, it will turn to yellow and then red and im in the state of confusion if I should had pressed the break or not. Or cause and accident because of my actions. There have been instances, whereas soon as i reach stop signal it would turn yellow, but im in no position to break but just go ahead. How do I solve this anxiety? At night it’s fine, but during rush hour Im always panicking at signals.

How do I improve this?
