IPCVai, no fee waiver, non-EU student for 3 different countries!

I got the opportunity of a lifetime to study!

But I don’t know how much the total expense would even be - how much loans I need to take out, if I even get approved for them. 18,000 for the tuition/fees/insurance with an unknown total expense.

Does anyone have any advice?
