Less space for garden and open space in ground floor and more high rise with multifloors

Honestly I stay in 3 people per room pg with no ac cooler etc and shitty food can't think about shifting because of low salary and same quality everywhere despite higher prices where as my office has ac and canteen and decent ambience kabhi kabhi man karta hai wahi Gadda daale ke so jau but boss bhaga deta hai pehle hi 🥲

I have been working for production unit this telecom company from past close to 3 months within a month I encountered with couple of issues

First there no proper management i have been under multiple managers from first week itself i am reporting to someombody else in the morning showing my work to sombody else and is getting scolded and directed by sombody else

Second there no proper work first week itself they assinged me testing work 2 days later store incharge after that assembly and then some field sales work and it keeps rotating every week

Talked with hr she told the company hasn't decided anything concrete yet and my training is about I am in good looks of my manager's but the thing is company dosent seems to be clear where to keep me should I start looking for a switch? Will the three months experience be useful in this domain? if yes what to tell the other company ?

Recently I have been getting opportunities for testing and qa roles in in ECE and very few EE domain but majority of them are requiring on site visits (basically I have to travel to the client side to test the product) I was asking do majority of jobs in for qa and testing roles are like these only ?
