Recently a thing happened at my grandmother's house 4 people with no prior permission came and started installing electronic meter thanks to my brother they where caught otherwise we would have been giving massive bills at the end of the month this looks like a massive scam being run by mp govt

I cleared their all interview rounds including new hire trainee (basically training they gave for 3 days and took a test to filter out more) but here is a thing there has been no update from hr since then (2 weeks aldready) she has told they will onbaord within a month but I am very skeptical regarding this

question is has anybody gone through similar process ? If yes did they gave you an offer and onboarded you ?

Location is bangalore india job is contract based

So one of my colleagues attended a walk-in interview for a company last week via Naukri after completing till technical rounds (they had 4 rounds total written gd , tecnical and hr)for technical selected candidates the company told that they will call the next day for scheduling of hr round but almost a week has passed there are no calls from them for hr now and no answers after mailing now we are getting a feeling the entire thing was faked which successfully wasted one of EL's

So our doubt is is it possible to fake an entire interview process for name sake ? And what are the obvious signs during the interview process or before that which gives us hint the interview process could be a fake one ?

Less space for garden and open space in ground floor and more high rise with multifloors

Honestly I stay in 3 people per room pg with no ac cooler etc and shitty food can't think about shifting because of low salary and same quality everywhere despite higher prices where as my office has ac and canteen and decent ambience kabhi kabhi man karta hai wahi Gadda daale ke so jau but boss bhaga deta hai pehle hi 🥲
