Thinking about a full-size floor bed for my 3 month old instead of a crib mattress & safety opinions?
We currently co-sleep in my bedroom with my 3-month old, but I’m looking at future sleeping setups and considering skipping the crib entirely in favor of a full-size floor bed frame/setup.
I was originally looking at Montessori style frames with rails, but after reading up on safety for infants under a year, I learned that rails can create entrapment hazards, so I’m leaning toward an open floor setup (just a frame/slats low to the ground or a firm mattress directly on breathable slats).
What firm full-size mattress did you choose that meets firm infant sleep safety standards while still being comfortable enough for an adult during co-sleeping? I’m thinking on buying this
floor slats and this mattress 8 Inch Full Size Mattress, Firm Gel Memory Foam Full Mattress in a Box, Firm Back Support for Pressure Relief & Spinal Alignment, CertiPUR-US Certified, Fiberglass-Free or this one Ablyea Kids Tencel Memory Foam Mattress
Thanks in Advance!
