Omega 1974 DeVille - worth the fix?

Hi everyone, I chanced upon this ladies watch and it's stated as manual winding, not keeping time.

It's really selling at a bargain and wondering if it's worth to buy and bring it for service? It's my first omega and I really have no idea.

Would a regular watch maker service this? Or does it have to be at the omega service centre? I'm from Asia by the way. Thanks

Guitar on board or check-in

Hi everyone, I'm currently in tokyo and bought myself a guitar. It's a neck through model hence I can't take it apart.

Based on the zipair website, a baggage charge will be applied . I've also emailed the customer service and they tell the same story that it has to be checked.

Just wondering if anyone has successfully brought an instrument onboard zipair ?

Otherwise, I'll have to get a hardcase and pray it survives the cargo hold.
