Im playing through again as I've now got both dlc. Currently on Toshara and i was just curious as to which planet ppl head to first when they leave Toshara.

Im honestly wondering if I've imagined it... I played the original game a while back, could have sworn that if you maxed out the science skill then there was a limit to how much it cost to tinker your weapon. Ive recently picked up The Spacers Choice edition and all i can see now is simply a 50% reduction in cost for tinkering at most. Was it always like that? Or is it a change they've made in the Spacers Choice edition?
