Cleaning the AC Evaporator and Draining

Cleaning the AC Evaporator and Draining

Was trying to use the foam cleaner to clean out the moldy smell from my car after running the AC. Put the car on a ramp, got under the car, found the exit tube under the passenger side (right next the tire). Following the directions on the Toyota AC Evaporator Foam Cleaner and I noticed the foam leaking from other crevices under the car near the passenger side. Got worried and thought I was doing it wrong. Looked it up and it says that either the hose might be kinked or clogged. So went to the passenger seat and felt the carpet, it was dry and I couldn't see any water. So then I found the black hose under the glove box that leads to the drain and figured it could just fill the foam in there. Problem is that hose is really attached to the barbed fitting and really difficult to remove in that awkward angle (cant even start to imagine trying to put it back on while sitting in that angle). Here's a link to a video I made that might help visualize (I'm an expert at videos as u can clearly tell...):

Any help or suggestions? I wanted to try and do this on my own. I've literally never done anything to my car and wanted to start by learning how to do this. Plus, there aren't lots of videos out there for the Lexus RC. Worst case, I can always take it to a mechanic and get it done quickly but where's the fun in that?

The decimal place costed you $600

Was just looking on the market and checking out prices when i saw this.... Someone out there is very happy... and someone else wishes they would take an extra second to check their price before posting. The previous data point had someone sell at $654. Gave me a chuckle
