ive lost 10lb and throughout this ive kept thinking “im losing all of my butt” but just until now I didnt realize how true that statement is. (also it is hard to see my glutes fully in the first picture as my shirt is covering them)
ive never had very good glutes but ive spent months getting them to the first photo (before the cut) and now all my progress is gone, is there any hope for me besides gaining weight, ive worked so hard to get better ab definition and to get leaner, im honestly so disappointed and im not sure what to do,
if you have any advice please leave it i genuinely need it so bad,
I ate the right 3 slices as shown, its a thin crust restaurant super oily hand tossed kids pizza.
I do 2 sets of these when I do them (on separate days) and even at a VERY low weight (5lb an arm) my neck tenses up where I can still breathe but struggle, any suggestions
this is a restaurant pineapple, ham, cheddar, ciabatta bread sandwich LOADED with mayo, id assume the most calorie dense
first few are me flexing and last 2 are no flexing
im 5’4 and 104lb! and i think i look fine flexed but whenever im not i just look obese

I eat loads, during the school day I snack all day and eat a very filling lunch, when dinner rolls around, my parents target me and my brother. One of them is very overweight and the other isn’t. My dad insists that me- a 15 yr old 110lb 5’4 pretty sedentary female (sitting at school all day) should have the same amount as him a 200lb 40 yr old very active way talker male. My parents plate both my and my brothers plates and sometimes my mom even eats less than me and my younger brother, insisting we are the ones not eating enough when we cant finish the ginormous amounts of food. I’m not sure what to do, they make all the meals, I have to avoid all snacks and work out excessively to maintain. Even then I’m still gaining as they keep sneaking extra butter and oil into specifically my and my brother’s meals. I think it’s so messed up and this would cause many kids to develop an ED. They often make comments on how I- a healthy bmi, need to gain weight. Or how I’m going to end up like my 8.8 bmi cousin. I left a photo of a meal that “isnt a big enough portion” -Yes thats the tripple dipper..

i dont normally have any stomach problems but recently like in the last 2 weeks I realized ive been having to poop way less, so i started putting it in my notes (i only have 2 logs or whatever )
but anyways ive been eating good and very hydrated as almost every time i pee it’s clear. my stomach has been making noises still.
ive also not felt the need to vomit or anything. this is a very gross topic for me so i haven’t told my parents either. the last time i pooped was last Monday
I didnt realize i cut my leg on a sheet of metal until i saw this, its been 3-4hours so the stain is pretty deeply set. i wont have enough time to run it through the washer or get it soaking otherwise it wont have enough time to dry (the backpack was laying on my leg, thats how it got there)
