[For Hire] - Senior Project Manager/Producer looking to support your team and help you ship

Hey everyone,

I’ll be direct upfront: I don't come from a traditional game dev background, and I haven't shipped a commercial title yet. My background is as a Senior Project Manager leading complex software projects, integrations, and agile workflows.

I’m looking to transition my talents into the indie gaming space, and right now, my primary goal is simply to gain industry experience and build a game portfolio.

I know that building an indie game takes an incredible amount of creative energy, and it’s easy for teams to get bogged down by the sheer volume of tasks, tracking, and shifting scopes. That is exactly where I want to help. My goal isn’t to write code or design assets—it's to act as an operational shield for your creators so they can stay in "the zone."

What I can handle for your team:

Workflow Mapping: Breaking down your big creative milestones into clean, bite-sized tasks.

Task Organization: Setting up and managing your Trello, Jira, or Monday.com boards so everyone knows what to work on next.

Feature Creep Mitigation: Helping the team stay focused on the core loop so the project doesn't stall out.

Blocker Removal: Spotting dependencies and clearing administrative friction before it slows down development.

Whether you are a solo developer needing someone to keep you accountable, an established hobby team gearing up for a Game Jam, or a studio polishing an MVP, I’d love to sync up and support your vision.

Drop me a DM here or comment below with a little bit about your project, and let’s see how we can work together to get your game over the finish line!
