Keto Mojo Testing

I’m bummed as I only showed .4 ketones this morning!!! I have to be over .5 to be in ketosis per my dietitian. I’ve been on keto for 3 weeks now. Maybe it just takes longer to get there in terms of higher ketones? I did eat chipotle last night (bowl was 9 net carbs) and drank 30oz of Coke Zero. Just hoping I can get higher amounts of ketones.

Question about Constipation on Keto - yes I’ve checked the FAQ

So my reasoning for Keto and situation is a bit different than the average person I’d assume. I am doing keto (sub 20g of net carbs) for my vestibular migraines. One of the medications I’m on, Ajovy, has made me relatively constipated since I’ve started it. With Keto, I’ve noticed the constipation getting even worse. I’ve taken laxatives a couple of times, but don’t want to get reliant on them as that’s not healthy over time. Does anybody have any tips on what to do? I’m already taking fiber gummies and my avg fiber intake is 33.8g per month without adding the fiber gummies to that number. Any tips would be helpful!

Will report back. I’ve gone low carb the last 2 weeks with the plan to transition to keto as it can help people with migraines. Will report back. In the meantime, if there’s anybody who has benefits using keto I’d love to hear them. Bonus points if vestibular :) cheers

Basically the title - yes I know there is a FAQ but curious what app everybody has gotten the best results with? I’m currently using Nourish and it’s been really frustrating trying to accurately get the amount of carbs in a meal (even after scanning barcodes directly) curious what others experiences have been and what apps you use!
