Denon DP-300F
My fathers old technics direct drive has finally kicked the bucket. He had it for 25+ years and it was a staple in my household growing up. He would like a new one for father's day and he currently has his heart set on a Denon DP-300F. The Denon website is currently selling this for $450. Does anyone know if this is a good price or if this is overpriced?
If there are better direct drive tables that cost more let me know. Anything in the 500-1000$ price range would be great. I'd like to get him something great that would last another 25+ years.

Elder - Through Zero
Been listening to the new Elder album Through Zero. It's one of my favorite Elder projects in years! I know some fans don't like the more prog route they've been heading in since Floating World, but I feel like this is a good mixture of both. Just ordered the vinyl from their bandcamp. Great riffs and solid prog vibe. Strata has definitely been a stand out for me (That crunchy riff at the final third of the song goes hard). It's a solid front to back listen. Glad to see these guys are still cookin this deep in their career.

Hello all, I am a civilian who will probably not retire until 2064. My fund was automatically set up in the L2060. Should I move it over to the L2065? Does this really matter? Just looking for the best bang for my buck with additional time in the market. Thanks for any info. Still getting the hang of all of this stuff.
