I used to be a heavy weed smoker but since the beginning of 2026 i have stopped. i just noticed these brown spots on a few of my teeth the other day. Wondering if they are just stains or cavities? I drink 1-2 cups of coffee every day as well as 1-2 cans of diet coke everyday with lunch/dinner. i have an appointment with my dentist for a regular cleaning in july but don’t know if i should call to get seen sooner.
