Antisemitic Protestor at pro-Palestine March pleads guilty to child sex crime(s)

Notorious pro-Palestine regular marcher Doug Prentice, seen here supporting Hitler’s Final Solution, has pled guilty in BC Court to sexual interference of a person under 14. Case file number included as evidence. He joins other Nazi-adjacent protesters in facing criminal charges (previous charges include hate crimes for pro-Hitler commentary)

Edit: Allegedly VicPD are also charging him with violating section 318 of the criminal code for promoting hate. So the association with the Palestine protest is valid

Saw this today on X. Colin either thought his fifteen mins of fame shielded him or he legit didn’t realize he was gonna get exposed as a massive hypocrite when he said this to Vic Buzz about Colwood Councillor Ward’s statement:

Following the (Ward’s) apology, McTaggart has said he is “hopeful that this resolution will underscore the importance of honesty and integrity….For me, words matter. We must be able to back up what we say” said McTaggart.

Should’ve listened to his own soapbox speech. Bro always seemed to revel in it a little too much for my taste anyway.

I find myself inadvertently in hot water in this sub only, whenever I dare even consider poking at the current Mayor and/or Council. Yet it’s apparently fine to slag the ex mayor and other cities electeds because they’re “public figures”.

The arbitrary use of the “be civil” rule seems to be applied in one direction only. Is it civil to insult the friends of the ex council? Is it civil to repeat or allow unproven claims of corruption? Is it civil to prevent any criticism of the mayor for lying about relocating to Langford? Is it civil to prevent any discussion around Councillor Szpak and her being the subject of an ombudsperson complaint leading to an agreement to do training for the entirety of council?

It’s also well known that some users also post elsewhere and inferring that someone might say something anonymously that they wouldn’t say elsewhere is not an attempt at doxxng (obviously Reddit agrees)

Can we at least try and see some semblance of neutrality?
