I was walking near a local Textile Factory in Alexandria.

Some commotion captured my attention: a worker had broken her arm in one of the machines

I rushed to check what was happening and asked someone:
"Excuse me sir, what happened?"

The worker replied:"Our colleague, Iris, was working with one of the machines when all of a sudden her arm got stuck. The bones are most certainly broken... the machine was reported by some of us days earlier for being broken but the owner never had it fixed, nor put it aside and today Iris was forced to use it... she didn't want to... she was scared... but the owner threatened to fire her."

As I was hearing this story I could hear Iris screaming "DAMN YOU PIG!"

I turned back to the worker I was speaking to:"Thank you... I hope you all resolve this situation, may you all be blessed"

"thank you, miss"

"What do you intend to do regarding this situation?"
​
"Honestly I... WE don't know anymore... It seems like dialogue isn't working"

"You're damn right about that... Next time something like this happens..."

I pat his shoulder
